With a background in marketing for large corporates, Nici’s interest in supporting companies stems from her 13 year journey growing her own on-line Home & Garden Business. By launching her company from the dining table when her three children were under 5 and progressing to a warehouse fulfilling orders worldwide, she has experienced first hand how challenging it can be to work on your business when you’re busy working in your business.
Nici’s flexible approach to marketing support allows companies to have as much help as they need, when they need it, with the emphasis very much on showing companies how they can help themselves.
Understanding that one solution does not fit all, Nici’s extensive experience with Marketing and Business Development is so much more than theoretical. She really has practised what she preaches with great success.
When not planning the latest marketing campaign, she can be found struggling on the Yoga mat, experimenting with new recipes and rummaging around vintage fairs.

Shy Peter, our website guru, prefers to stay behind the scenes – never happier than when he’s beavering away behind his two massive screens. As long as he’s given copious amounts of coffee, he’s happy.
Peter started out as a Graphics Designer before being drawn into front-end development over 10 years ago. Now he specialises in custom WordPress theme development and can complete the whole process of building a website from designing a mock-up in Photoshop to converting into a fully content managed site. Coding languages he uses on a regular basis include cover HTML, SCSS, PHP, XML, Javascript, SQL and more. His favourite type of website to work on is an eCommerce project.
At weekends, Peter regularly DJ’s across the country in many of the UKs major cities and with a solo license, enjoys the thrill of skydiving. When he’s looking for some quieter down time, he can be found on the golf course!
