I found Chris very reliable, sincere and focused who not only understands the technical aspects of the PCMS project, but also how the business is going to be impacted by what is being delivered. Chris is a very hardworking, knowledgeable and highly organised IT professional. He works easily with all levels of an organisation being well able to communicate with junior technical staff through to senior director level staff (both inside the delivery organisation and the client’s organisation). He is capable of working from a detailed low-level technical level up to a strategic level. Chris thoroughly understands the commercial aspects of a programme, delivering solutions to timescales and budgets. From a personal aspect, Chris has been invaluable and I would not hesitate in recommending him.

With overall responsibility for the Data Centre and Case Management application hosting projects, I worked hand in hand with Chris to deliver both projects. We built a first-class team of dedicated professionals and produced results that we are very proud of.
