Bidding for Custodial Services (36 months)
MTC wanted to expand their UK-business in the custodial sector. Rocket & Cloud were engaged to provide digital expertise for MTC’s bids, including Probation, Immigration Removal Centres and Prisons. We developed TOGAF domain views, reference architectures, and solutions for re-use across all custodial bids.
Legacy Migration to Cloud Services (12 months)
MTC needed to replace outdated and expensive HR, Finance and Payroll services with SaaS solutions. We were engaged to lead the end-to-end replacement of systems to streamline and improve processes across all HR, Finance and payroll activities. We successfully implemented a cloud-based system across the organisation.
ISO Gap Analysis (6 months)
MTC’s requirement was to understand the capability, gaps in knowledge and implementation effort required to meet ten mandated ISO standards. Rocket & Cloud undertook a gap analysis exercise with an independent consultancy and MTC subject matter experts. The resulting report gained board approval for the implementation of key ISO standards, including ISO14001 Environmental Management and ISO9001 Quality Management Services.
